Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.
What are the available shifts for the positions we are hiring for?
As an independent contractor, you are able to create your own work schedule. You must adhere to the weekly hour minimum requirement, which may vary based on the client you are servicing.
Are Independent Contractors responsible for their own taxes?
Independent contractors are responsible for handling their own taxes, including income tax and self-employment tax (Social Security and Medicare). You will not receive employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, or other benefits that employees receive.
Is a background check required?
A background check is required to confirm that each individual providing customer support is free of disqualifying criminal convictions. A criminal conviction does not necessarily disqualify an individual from being hired. We consider all relevant factors. Please ensure you provide accurate information when completing a background check. Anyone who provides false information, will automatically be disqualified. Background checks typically take 1-3 business days to complete and will cost you $30.00.
Is it necessary for me to supply my own equipment, or will it be provided by the company?
